The
Middle Square
Mark
out a 10m square and then split your players into two groups. One
group with a ball each stay in the square, the rest fans out around the square
at least 15m
from the square. The
players in the square run to a player in the field, lay the
ball of to them, run around the back of them, then collect the
return pass and head back to the square - where they do a designated
turn & head for another player in the field, to do it all
again. This is very tiring, so time it according to the
age and fitness levels of your players. See how many players they
can go to in 5 mins.
