One
Two Squares
An
exercise for ball control, first touch and passing. More for the younger teams - as it's simple and it gives all
players a lot of time with the ball - the more time
with the ball the better!
Form
a square and place three players on each cone. The spare cone will
be used for players to run towards and play a one two with the
coach or player in the middle. The other players simply pass the
ball around the square to the player making the one two pass.
