The
Overlapping Shots
A
busy, shooting exercise that brings together passing, runs off the ball, timing, fitness
and then shooting.
The
main thing in all of this, is timing of the runs off the ball. You
don't want players arriving too early and waiting for the ball.
Get them to sprint and then slow down, and be ready to move the
ball on when it is played in front of them.
And
let's be honest, this is an exercise which can easily be
replicated on the pitch during a game - what more do you want?
