The
Plait (pronounced platt - just incase you didn't realise)
This
is a good warm, passing exercise which also requires timing and
running off the ball.
Watch
for the players performing a plait as they criss cross through the
exercise.
I
usually get players to perform this across the width of the
11-a-side pitch. Give each column a number and players have to go
to the next number on their next turn (after 3 go back to 1). |
