The
Ring of Passes
This
passing exercise requires the middle
player to be on their toes and in control of the ball. Players
form a circle around a middle player - with a ratio of one ball
per 2 or 3 players in the ring - but with a minimum of 2
balls.
The
pass comes in from a player with a ball, and is returned to a
player in the ring without a ball - and then on to the next ball.
This
can be tiring so keep an eye on the player in the middle and swap
when necessary. Why
not count to see how many successful passes are made in a set
time?
