The
RunAround
Here's
a fun passing and warm up exercise for three players.
You'll
need to adjust the distances according to the age and ability of
your players.
This
is very similar to the Middle Square, but that requires all of the
team and there is a lot more running with the ball - whereas this
exercise needs players to get the ball out of their feet and make
the pass as soon as they are able to do so.
This
is a tiring exercise so keep an eye on your players and swap their
positions regularly.
