Here's
a great individual exercise for practicing turns and control of the ball.
It's
a simple exercise for all age groups and is an excellent warm-up
exercise.
The
exercise shows only one column with two players taking turns but
you
should
have three players in the one column and have as many columns as
you
need in order to involve your whole team.
Each
column should have three sets of different coloured markers and
the players move to the middle, the first and then the third
markers - practicising
the
specific turn on the specific foot that the coach declares.
