The
Wall - Shoot & Stop
Here's
a new team exercise to improve stamina, fitness, ball control and
shooting.
You
need to have a wall available to you - but inside or out - this is
a good, fun exercise to play.
Also,
play this with an odd number of players - with three being the
minimum on up to seven or so.
Players
take it in turns to shoot, to stop the ball, to shoot and then
stop the ball and so on...... |
