The Move Inside - Step Up

This is a trigger for the older and more organised teams.

The left back and the right backs need to be able to channel wingers inside (rather than outside and down the wing) by jockeying for position and showing them inside.

As the winger takes the option shown to them - the rest of the defence step up as one, catching any strikes offside.
