Gunners suffer more injury woe

Arsenal’s Premier League title push must continue for the next three weeks without Samir Nasri and Aaron Ramsey.

Gunners boss is already without the services of the likes of Robin van Persie, Nicklas Bendtner and Theo Walcott as he looks to keep pace with leaders Chelsea and Manchester United.

Nasri (hamstring) and Ramsey (thigh) suffered injuries in training ahead of Sunday’s 2-0 league win at Bolton which saw the Gunners move to within three points of Chelsea at the top of the table.

Arsenal return to action against Bolton on Wednesday night at the Emirates where a comprehensive win will see them take over at the top of the table.

The Bolton win ensured new Wanderers manager Owen Coyle got off to a losing start after he succeeded Gary Megson at the Reebok last week.

Cesc Fabregas again starred for Wenger’s side as he returned from a three-week absence to cover the loss of Nasri and Ramsey.
