Carlo Ancelotti is insisting that his entire team take responsibility for the mistakes they are making.
The Italian admits he is not happy with some of the errors his side are making, and must be worried that the Chelsea defence conceded three goals from set-pieces in a 3-3 draw with an injury-hit Everton team.
It means that Chelsea have now not won in four games, of which two of them are in the Premier League, but still sit two points clear of Manchester United at the top of the table.
Ancelotti insists his side did not make individual mistakes and "they were collective ones" in the same way as the goals they conceded in the defeat to Aston Villa earlier in the season.
These mistakes will be rectified and should not affect Chelsea's ambitions to win the Premier League, he added.
"We still have the same chance to win the title. It will be a long race until the end of the season. The Premier League is very competitive," said the Italian.
Ancelotti recently insisted that Chelsea do not have to buy new players in January.
His side will lose four players to the African Nations Cup but he believes he has a number of young footballers in his squad who are more than capable of providing cover while his stars are away.
