If you are on a cone and get the ball, all you have to do is lay it short to the approaching player and then move slowly to the next corner where you become the approaching player. If you are the approaching player you play the ball long to the next corner but one. The coach needs to call out Short - Long - Short - Long - as the ball is laid off short to the approaching player who then plays it long to the next corner.
