Juventus will hope to lure Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez to Turin in the summer if the Reds decide to sack the Spanish coach if he fails to deliver on his "guarantee" of a top-four finish this season. Liverpool currently sit in fifth in the Premier League, just three points behind with Spurs with the same games played, but face a real battle to secure fourth with the likes of Aston Villa and Manchester City also breathing down their necks. Juve have targeted Benitez as a long-term replacement for Ciro Ferrara in Turin and are believed to be ready to make a lucrative offer for the former Valencia chief in the summer. Benitez refused to be drawn on his future in the aftermath of the Reds’ woeful 0-0 draw at Wolves on Tuesday, while his agent has publicly stated the Serie A giants want the Liverpool manager as their next boss. However, Benitez could yet stay on at Anfield if he does manage to secure a top-four finish and also enjoy a winning run in the Europa League in the remainder of what has been a difficult campaign. Liverpool are at home to Bolton on Saturday before they take on city rivals Everton on February 6 in the second Merseyside derby of the season.
