Manchester United have the chance to apply some real pressure in the title race knowing that a win at Molineux will take them above Chelsea and back to the top of the table. Portuguese winger Nani is available again after a three-match ban but Sir Alex Ferguson still has problems in defence with doubts surrounding the fitness of Nemanja Vidic, Rio Ferdinand and Jonny Evans. Wolves boss Mick McCarthy fielded an under-strength line-up against United earlier this season but he is unlikely to do the same thing again with his side desperate for a win to boost their hopes of avoiding relegation.

Expert Advice
Mick McCarthy took all the headlines when Wolves were comfortably beaten at Old Trafford earlier in the season and his side could find themselves in the news again this weekend as Manchester United attempt to head back to the top of the table. As if playing the champions was not hard enough, the home side must find a way past the visitors who will know they can make a real statement in their bid to win a record fourth successive championship. With so many injury worries, question marks still surround United’s defence which Wolves will be hoping to exploit but scoring goals on the road has not been a problem for Sir Alex Ferguson’s team on the road this season. The same cannot be said of the home outfit, both home and away, so Betsson’s odds of 6.9 for a 3-0 away win looks a value bet.

Manchester United travel to Wolves looking to leapfrog Chelsea at the top of the Premier League table. The bad news to Fergusen is Rooney may in doubts, suffered from a knee injury. The in-form England forward contributed almost half of the goals of the team in this season. If Rooney is fit to play at the last, surely a comfy win by 2 goals to Manchester United.
