Matthew Upson has moved to assure nervous West Ham supporters he is "concentrated" on his future at Upton Park but revealed he may to consider his situation if the club are relegated. The influential centre-back is desperate to win a place in Fabio Capello's World Cup squad and is worried his chances could be affected because is playing in a struggling side. The Hammers have managed only two wins from their opening 12 Premier League games and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitted recently he made a mistake letting Upson go so early in his career. Reports have suggested Upson could be offloaded in the January transfer window but the Boleyn favourite says he will not be rushed into making a snap decision on his future.  He said: "If something is put in front of me, and I have to make a decision about my future, then I will. "At the moment it is not something I am thinking about. I am a West Ham player. Unless something happens, I am fully concentrated on them."
